Andre’ (Andy) Brouillard has been in the hospitality industry for 50 years. He worked 10 years for Walt Disney World in several resort manager capacities, restaurant, banquets, sales. Then he managed hotels for 17 years throughout the country from California to New Orleans to New England, Ohio and back to Florida. He went back to Food and Beverage Director in 2008 at Sandals Resorts in the Bahamas. His final stop before retirement is at TPepin’s Hospitality Center in the fabulous city of Tampa, Florida! Andy is very passionate about the Hospitality Business.
Peter Gambacorta trained at the Culinary Institute of America, before relocating to Tampa. His love of all things familia and his Italian grandmother’s recipes spice up his favorite offerings. Chef Peter is a board member and Conselleur du Culinaire of the Confreie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs-Baillage de Tampa, a member of the Mondiale du Vin, and award winning member of the American Chefs Federation.
